Do I have to count calories?
No! We have done that for you and all you need to do is follow your individualized plan.
What type of food do I have to eat?
Grocery store and restaurant foods.
What are the appetite suppressants?
They are safe, effective and control hunger. They are FDA approved and are recommended by the National Institute of Health for the treatment of weight loss.
What are the injections?
- The supplemental injections are a combination of vitamins, minerals and amino acids that are vital to our weightloss program as they enhance your weightloss results.
- They help your body eliminate fat, control carbohydrate metabolism, aide your body’s immune system and increase energy.
What is the average weight loss of a patient?
The typical patient that follows our program will lose 5 to 10 pounds their 1st week and can lose 15 to 20 pounds their 1st month.
Do I have to come into the office weekly?
- Weekly visits are essential to your success as this gives us an opportunity to not only dispense your medication to you, but to also assess your progress and to sit one-on-one with you to discuss problems/questions/concerns.
- It is because of this personal interaction with us that you will not only be given a method on how to lose weight, but you will gain a support system.
What is the nutritional plan?
- We use a low caloric diet that consists of lean protein, favorable carbohydrates and good fats.
- Our nutritional plan is proven and effective as it increases the body’s ability to burn fat and curb sweet and starch cravings.
Is your program the Zone diet?
- No it is not. However, the Genesis Weight Loss Center is an approved distributor of
Dr. Barry Sears health wellness and performance systems.
- We offer many Zone products, including essential supplements.
- These supplements include Omega|RX, Polyphenol Plus, and many others.
- We encourage you to talk to our staff during your visit about these products and how they can improve your health/wellbeing.
